President of Croatia considers fostering stronger Central European cooperation as one of the key pillars of country foreign and European policy. The twelve European Union Member States, which span across the area between the three European seas, the Adriatic Sea, the Black Sea and the Baltic Sea – Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia – have an enormous potential to enhance their cooperation to the benefit of the entire EU and wider transatlantic community.
